CS Utsav Singh, the Founder of M/s Utsav & Co., Company Secretaries, is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com & M.Com). He started his professional journey in the field of Corporate and Secretarial compliance in the year 2018.
With a strong foundation in corporate governance and business compliance, he has been actively involved in providing advisory and compliance support to startups, companies, and LLPs. His core expertise lies in Corporate Laws, Securities Law, RBI and SEBI. His other areas of competence include Secretarial Audit, incorporation of companies, NCLT matters, drafting of agreements and other legal compliance, drafting of various agreements, petitions, and applications. Further he is involved in handling secretarial work of both listed and unlisted Companies including LLP’s. He has also handled assignments pertaining to restructuring of Companies and LLP’s.
Over the years, he has gained practical experience in taxation, Corporate governance, Secretarial and legal advisory, offering integrated solutions that align with business goals. His vision behind establishing Utsav & Co. is to create a one-stop platform that provides transparent, timely, and professional services to entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
